1402 The suggestion of the future ideal method based on generalization and self-evaluation of the PM community activity

Abstract

There are many IT companies that have set up PM community. It is no longer a special activity. However, the contents are closely linked to each company's policy, organization, climate and system. So the approach has their own characteristics. It's passed 3 years and half since we established our PM community. We propose one ideal method of our PM community by showing a future direction and summarizing the past effort with self assessment.
