Abstract
The problem or human resources is one of important factors to affect productivity of the software development. Therefore, the management method of human resources becomes the problem to lead a software development project to the success. However, the method of the team management of the project is not established now. As for this study, the member of the software development project supports technique of the team management and suggests that they supplement a role of the team management. And the management method of the human resources of the software development project is improved by our using this suggestion technique.
