Abstract
This research is concerning the project buffer of CCPM. There is a buffer chart as a method of operating the project buffer. It proposes the method of making it. It takes it as an example of the software development project. The change is different because of each phase. Its calculation type is shown. It is made a radical. It is in the buffer chart, and draws a warning area and a dangerous area. A warning area and a dangerous area had been uniformly estimated up to now by all phases. However, the change of each phase was considered. And, the standard that the buffer consumes can be understood accurately.
