Abstract
Tokyo University of Technology has developed a role-play training system for project management education. The virtual project which is described in a role-play scenario runs on the system named as the Project Management Skills Training Environment (PROMASTER). The structure of a scenario has been defined by modeling the context of a role-play training. The system is religious about executing the scenario. This paper describes requirements of the PROMASTER, the results of the role-play training, and the potential of the Profile Based Education with the access log obtained by executing a role-play training using the PROMASTER.
