Abstract
NTT Data has been implementing third-party risk assessment since 2000. We use experienced assessors to successfully prevent risks from surfacing, and as a result, to eliminate problem projects. We acknowledge that successful assessment greatly relies on assessors' hard work. However, an assessor's assessment skill is its individual know-how and transfer of assessment skill is mostly done through OJT. This paper describes current issues and action plans in training of junior assessors including organizing and schematizing of assessment know-how and expertise.
