2607 Project for building personal information protection management system

Abstract

We tried to practice project management procedures at project for building personal information protection management system for human resource training service, that treat personal information for example the names of trainee and the examination results safely and protect from leakage risks. Applying some of the project management knowledge areas such as quality management and communication management, we constructed a series of rules and systems to control personal information risks and to perform continuous improvement through PDCA cycle.
