Abstract
One best initiative to improve the profitability of a project is to maximize expected revenue while minimizing potential loss at the earliest stage of project forming, which can be enhanced with well-built Project Management support tools. This paper introduces its functionality of 1) exhaustive identification of critical conditions or clauses amongst all contractual document from client based on word-matching approach with reflecting PM experts' knowledge to prevent oversights, 2) restructuring contractual documents into pre-defined templates for common use between projects and consistent review, or for project basis specific use including preparation of documents to be submitted to client, and 3) gathering and integrating every reviewer's comments with incorporating original context of contractual documents to be shared.
