Abstract
The purpose of this research is to apply an educational technique known as the Personal Project Management (PPM) by introducing the knowledge creation process in Knowledge Management (KM) and the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Action). The PPM also faces challenges as to how to promote the creativity of students from elementary education to higher education. If the effective PPM educational technique is developed using knowledge management technique, it will promote the student's creativity. In this research, the practical educational technique of PPM involving PDCA cycle and the educational knowledge base are described. The success of the Japanese Certificate Examination for foreigner students is an example of the effectiveness of PPM.
