Abstract
The purpose of this research is to clarify the characteristics of nonverbal communications in projects. Communications management is extremely important to plan and execute projects smoothly. The researches on verbal communication methods, based on the motivation and leadership theories, have been reported. However the research on nonverbal communications in projects is not much reported. If practical characteristics of nonverbal communications in projects are clarified, project management will be improved. In this research, the experiment on nonverbal communications was executed with an airplane game simplified for project-based classes. As a result, several characteristics of nonverbal communications were clarified.
