Abstract
According to an increasing awareness of an importance of the project management, the expectation for an excellent project manager who leads the project to the success has been rising. The desired traits for the project managers are competency that can achieve the result at a certain level under difficult conditions in addition to knowledge and the project experience of the project management. The organization has the obligation to develop those project managers continuously. In this paper, we propose a training to which the case method is taken to achieve it certainly at the early stage and we consider why the practical skill is supported when the case method is adopted. Moreover, a necessary requirement of the case method is defined based on the current state. The subject of the requirements will be satisfied by devising will be treated in this report, consolidation of the foundation to settle on a standard process of the case method development was able to be done by this.
