Abstract
Since the demand for reduction of the development period to software projects is more critical than before, it is important for project managers to have a benchmark which is the shortest duration to complete a project. In the present work we have verified validity of our model for the lower limit of software project duration that we proposed in the last conference. We used the Putnum's shortest development duration model as the comparison in the verification. We found the fact that our model was accurate enough in the certain range. And having analyzed the cause of the difference between our model and Putnum's, we have proposed the measure that can improve accuracy of our model.
