1601 On the Consensus Building Promotion Management in Urban Industrial Environments

Abstract

The research describes on the consensus building method between residents and industries in an urban industrial environment. In a current city type industrial environment, a lot of problems are caused between industries and residents. To solve these problems in the environment, the community composed of industries and residents will be considered. It is expected that the consideration reform between industries and residents will be possible by execution of the common projects in the community. In this research, the consensus building promotion management maturity model (CBMMM) is reviewed, and the consensus building management model (CBMM) by introduction of project management (PM) is proposed.
