Abstract
In terms of training IT project managers, I have been practicing the person-to-person coaching for four years in the mid level project manager training at my client companies. The coaching seems to have been successful and gained a reputation accordingly. Reflecting on my coaching activities, I am going to share what I have learned from my experiences, such as the effective use of the coaching and the points to consider for coaches. Aiming for the further improvement, the issues arising from the coaching practice will also be discussed.
