1605 Quality Improvement on Integrated Management for Project Knowledge

Abstract

We, authors of this paper, have been proposing new style knowledge database and its utilization as "Integrated management for project knowledge". It enables organization EPM (Enterprise Project Management) by reusing project knowledge effectively. In this way, we categorized the knowledge properties that are got from project life cycle, by keyword of cause-and-effect relationships. In this study, we consider to reduced the management workload and improve the management quality by focusing on PMBOK knowledge area for the relationship keywords. Then verify the effectiveness by applying it to the real projects' data. Further, we summarize the consideration points to implement the proposal.
