Abstract
In the large scale project of software development, Many questions and answers (It is assumed Q&A at the following) are raised Since many partner companies including offshore vendors develop by cooperating in a different place. In waterfall development, it is said that more Q&A in the lower process about work products created in upper process is, the worse the quality is. Agile development emphasizes individuals' communication, so the information transmission is basically done by the conversation. In this project which is agile development characterized by collaboration with offshore vendors, Q&A was used as one of the communications tools. In this paper, the index that can be used in another project in the future, which is proposed, by analyzing Q&A raised in agile development collaborated with offshore vendor and considering quality and man-hour for agile development compared its for waterfall development.
