Abstract
When a nationwide large-scale systems is to be developed, the project is often divided into sub-projects and follow tender processes. Then the owner of the project has to work with many stakeholders who are different contractors for those sub-projects. In particular cases, which the owner should implement the project in short period and then deploy it in parallel with many sites which is located nationwide, the owner and the stakeholders will face many challenges to keep the delivery schedule. We will introduce our methods which were quite effective to overcome those challenges.
