Abstract
In revamping project of control systems for iron and steel plant hot rolling mill, there are many risks, which are potential events and factors to become the menace for start up in site, which are the disincentive of the commissioning. In this article we build a new presentation for site risk management of revamping project and we think to establish the site risk assessment model, the effective countermeasure for risk minimization. Therefore we can execute the site risk management effectively and surely, and we can propose the management technique which can perform site risk management effectively. Furthermore, we can utilize the knowledge of site manager's experience depend on classification of site risk and development of evaluation standard.
