Abstract
In this organization, the activities to establish and penetrate standard processes had been conducted in order to continue the high quality service of the systems. In addition, the scheme of project management to improve standard processes, by everyone in the organization, systematically and quantitatively has been established. This has enabled to maintain high quality and improve productivity, and to shorten the delivery, and consequently, to improve customer satisfaction. As a result, the organization has achieved CMMI level 5. Here we describe the scheme of the project management that was established at this organization, and its effects.
