Abstract
Spending two and a half years, we reconstructed the financial mainframe system to the open system. This system handles 600 millions of financial data. And in this project, there were many technical difficulties from the beginning, such as data migration from three-dimensional database and strict performance requirements. Moreover, in point of the business requirements, this project faced many development risks, because these requirements, following the existing system specifications, could be ambiguous. In this literature, we verified the risk management for these problems indentified when this project launched, and its result. This system is going to start its service in the summer of 2011. We hope that this risk management process and the measures will help your future project.
