Currently in Chinese offshore software development, each programmer records quality management data on Excel files, and each project leader makes many project reports from these Excel files manually. We developed the quality management tool which automatically generated analysis reports and sent them by e-mail. It has been proved by trial use that the tool can increase the report efficiency and quality.
