Abstract
Agile is the development methodology which characterized 'Adaptive', 'Self-organizing teams', 'Priority Working software' and 'Collaboration'. In IBM, A lot of communities and workshops concerning Agile have been established and held .Agile development have been becoming widely known at the world wide levels. However it is rare that all the assumptions of Agile development and conditions of principle become complete at the time of be centered development remotely in Globally Integrated Delivery, so it is difficult to develop Agile as it is an ideal. This paper proposes the practice to utilize Agile development effectively in Globally Integrated Delivery from the viewpoint of the project management based on author's real experience.
