Abstract
Role-play training is an effective method for project management education. The aim of this research is to provide an environment in which a learner can acquire human related skills such as communication, leadership and negotiation in the role-play training. We propose a manner of operation for a learner to be able to concentrate on the role-play training and a method for designing a scenario containing agents to support a learner. The behavior records of each learner on the role-play training are analyzed and quantitative evaluation about whether the learner can play expected actions or not was conducted. The effectiveness of the proposal techniques was presented.
