Abstract
Kaetsu University has established "teaching assistant and student assistant (TA/SA)" system based on "studying through teaching" concept. Although, at first, the system worked only in helping smooth management of classes, it later on contributed in accelerating learning effectiveness by sharing the know-how of experience among TA/SA's as well as formalizing it. Now the system has been playing an essential role particularly in the first year introductory subjects. In this paper, we formulate the developments of TA/SA's ability in terms of the SECI model and describe the fruits the system provided.
