Abstract
As multi-vender projects increase, we have to manage the project whose members have different cultures. To facilitate the project, project stakeholders (customers, SIer, venders, etc.) need to share the way of project management. Many companies have their own in-house training documents. However, if those training documents are simply converted into e-learning materials, these materials are often difficult for learners to understand because there is no instructor. In order to make comprehensible materials even if learners study individually, in this paper we describe points to create e-learning materials from existing documents, and the problem of sharing the basis of project management.
