Abstract
Although the causes of the trouble generated in a project are various, the cases where a communication mistake causes a trouble are increasing in number. In a large-scale project, directions of a leader do not get across to a member easily. So, rupture of communication between the teams within a team occurs or a member's morals deteriorate. As a result, the influence affect the whole project is great. In this paper, the prevention factor of communication is analyzed from a viewpoint of distance, time, and a place, and at a center key person the seating configuration by which communication is activated is proposed. Although the seat of a project room is decided easily in many cases, smooth communication is attained by arranging a seat appropriately. As a result, it becomes a powerful means to lead a project to a success.
