2911 Problem analysis and preventive maintenance by Causal Analysis and Resolution

Abstract

In aiming at the stable system operation and efficient maintenance activity, it is important to decrease number of the problem and to accomplish the problem solving efficiently by providing a chain of flow like the problem analysis, the specific of cause, the priority level putting, and the execution of measures and the verification of the effect, and to execute these flow continuously. This paper is an introduction of the case that the problem management was systematically accomplishment by using Causal Analysis and Resolution.
