Abstract
People have the habit of accepting their deeply-ingrained habits or way of thinking, and unconsciously taking the same actions without changing such habits or way of thinking. The reason for this is that changing them, places great stress on people. In this paper, we will make a proposal that can contribute to improve the individual capability of project members, by determining their individual goals (ideal future vision), and in order to achieve their goals, getting rid of their deeply-ingrained habits or way of thinking through "Innovation in activity patterns". About Kaihatsu of the capability which further completely does not improve, it proposes that the clarification of subjects and planning of action plans by the "Action Learning technique" are effective.
