Abstract
J-SOX was applied to listed companies in Japan in fiscal year 2008 to prevent the repeated accounting scandals and a lack of compliance. NTT Data Corporation became subject to US-SOX as a subsidiary of NTT Group, listed in US stock exchange, as well as to J-SOX as one of listed domestic companies and responds to both US-SOX and J-SOX every year. Here we represent some cases of PMO activities that IT Control Development Team should implement for each project subject to SOX to improve company-wide IT control level and work efficiency.
