It will be one of a big pleasure of life to take a long vacation and traveling for many people of any countries, from ancient times. And probably, it will be indispensable to be blessed with the weather suitable for the travel, in order to enjoy a travel fully. However, the weather cannot be controlled like a project for any excellent project managers. And in order to be absent from business a long period of time, you need to decide travel plan in front several months. It is because an inconvenient thing may occur to your business with which you are concerned if you take a few days leave suddenly. Just taking a long vacation and traveling is like gambling which leaves fate to heavens. In this paper, the example of a private travel which encountered sudden change of the weather is shown first, next based on the example, the personal risk management about the weather in a private travel is studied.
