2409 PMBOK^[○!R] Guide Simulator for Project Management Education

Abstract

This paper describes role-play training system based on simulation in order to acquire skills of project management competencies involved in decision making required for an excellent project manager. We developed the system to simulate a virtual project as a management process defined in PMBOK^[○!R] Guide that are implemented as software. We show validity of the system from the questionnaire of experiments using the role-play exercises.
