2408 A Question about The International Standardization of The Project Program Portfolio Management and Expectation to The Project Management Society

Abstract

In ISO TC258, It aims at the committee draft completion of "the project program portfolio management" in this September. The writer is very skeptical about a trial to make "the portfolio management" that is one outcome of the management act an international standard. However, if they make the portfolio management an international standard in the international standardization strategy of each country, we should take our strategy that does not become disadvantageous. The expectation for the Project Management Society which is a domestic deliberation group is big. The writer thinks that the Project Management Society should perform attention awakening and the opinion invitation to the domestic company.
