2312 Report of the Use of "Introduction to Project Management" as a Textbook for Undergraduate Students

Abstract

In March 2013, the education and publishing committee published the "Introduction to Project Management." This is a beginner's book for first-time students of project management, which describes project management and provides a brief overview on it, to make it easy to understand and learn. Many traditional project management textbooks are knowledge-centered. In contrast, we have tried a basic academic education approach to project management. This primer features both lectures and cases of project management. The author intends this primer to be used as a textbook for third graders. This report summarizes aspects such as the understanding levels and reactions of students.
