Abstract
In the IT project, the importance of stakeholder management has been attracting attention. On the other hand, the range of stakeholders widely, for PM inexperienced, it is difficult to know what is important. Therefore, we organized to investigate the books and documents that have referred to the stakeholders, whether need to understand what matters. In addition, since the PM on-site to maintain a good relationship with stakeholders, how is the degree to demonstrate the competency of communication skills, we survey. A comparison with PM/IT engineers from overseas and Japanese, the result, a result that will be helpful on the characteristics of the communication was obtained. On the basis of these results, I will be considered a point PM should be taken into account in practice.
