Abstract
Risk management is a series of activities which identifies preconditions and indefinite matters as risks before a project start, makes action plans to risks, and repeats check & action at the turning point of execution phases. However, in the present age when changes of the environment which surround projects are sharp, it becomes very difficult to identify risks exactly before a project starts. Moreover there is a possibility that an action plan which intended to reduce the influence of certain specific risk may generate another new risk. In spite of that, in risk management activities actually performed, it is common that a new risk of being caused by action plan is not examined. This paper proposes risk management method aimed to be able to analyze risks that will be produced by action plans based on System thinking approach.
