Abstract
Company's Information system about the financial accounting, production control, sales management, supply and purchase control, business management, personnel affairs and personnel management, payroll calculation, employment management, etc. have not been developed by full-scratch but adopting ERP software packages since the 1990s. Moreover, many researches on the project management in introduction of ERP software packages also exist. Since around 2010, as one of the management measures in our company, we had sought for unifying the information system of group company, promoting standardization of the indirect operating process of group company, and increase in efficiency in the company. Using the ERP software package, however, we reformed the information system about personnel salary/employment management for certain specific group company. Although cutover was on time for delivery in the ERP software package introduction to the group company at the first time by referring the know-how for the project success through paper and literature, the quality was not stabilized and the specification changes occurred successively in the maintenance phase. Then, as a result of performing factor analysis and action planning based on the reflection of the first-time experience, in the ERP software package introduction to 2nd another group company, we were able to improve quality sharply and consider it as the good success project in all aspects of QCD(s). In this paper, we mention the quality improvement activity in introduction of the personnel salary/employment management ERP software package.
