Abstract
In adult graduate school, seminars and workshops have been aiming at region economical growth. Workshops to allow PM (Project Manager) to exchange and compare their respective experiences are effective in the training of PM. However, if you recruit outside and inside Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology (AIIT) widely, competency and skills of the participants cannot be assessed. Then, inappropriate grouping occurs, and group discussion will not proceed smoothly. Sakamori laboratory of AIIT, has developed a "PM competency evaluation sheet". Workshop participants have responded to this sheet, a workshop was carried out to assess the competency of the participants. We have defined a workshop model at aiming at facilitating participation and involvement of different skilled individuals.
