2412 Proposal of Risk Management Maturity Model to Promote the Implementation of Risk Management Activities

Abstract

The more software development become uncertain, the more risk management activity become great importance. Organizations need to implement risk management activities that match their project management capability and objectives, but most of the organizations fail to implement. In order to build successful implementation of risk management processes, we have developed risk management maturity model. This paper proposes the risk management maturity model and "three actions" to implement better risk management activities. We also present the contents of the e-Learning and guidelines to deploy the essence of those things in our company.
