Abstract
Values that Project deliver is not limited to a deliverable of product or services. Project Management is services which provide tangible and intangible values to stakeholders. Project team is a driving force for delivering the values. Team building approach is crucial factor in achieving the value creation of stakeholders and organization's growth needs. Project manager's intension as well as each project member's expectation is reflected in team building process. Quantifying and qualifying most of time hidden expectations have not been easy especially in areas of team building. This paper presents, adopting services science concept, a methodology of accessing project team culture in objective and quantitative manners. The aim of this is to achieve an effective team building process to satisfy project members as well as organizational needs.
