1507 Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis utilizing CEBoK (Cost Estimating Body of Knowledge) : Hint for risk countermeasure of cost overrun and schedule delay

Abstract

The risk assessment is one of the critical tasks of the project manager. According to the CEBoK (Cost Estimating Body of Knowledge), which is the knowledge for the cost estimation of the project, the risk assessment would affect much for the cost and schedule estimations. In this paper, we also evaluated the CEBoK methodology based on the actual project experiance using some simulations.
