Abstract
One of the most important subjects for business is to increase total productivity. To implement this, a streamlining of "indirect works" is also necessary besides works directly tied to productivity. Our company has launched a project to engage in improving "indirect works". In this project, positive effects have been obtained by means of reforming a communication model, modifying management processes, and introducing visualization methods. This paper describes efforts made on them and results of their evaluations.
