Abstract
Project managers sufficiently recognize that risk management is very important for the success of projects. However in real projects, project managers can' t identify the risk, let alone manage the risk in most cases. Especially a lot of inexperienced managers tend to be as mentioned above. To solve this problem, we analyzed the general risk in the SI projects, and, as a result, we made the Risk Identifying Tool for the purpose of making up for the inexperience of a project manager. Moreover, we applied it to actual projects, and confirmed effects.
