Improvement Method Regarding Project Quality of Direct Offshore Development and Case Study in Vietnam(<Special Issue>Project Quality and Customer Satisfaction)

Abstract

In late years the quantity of ordering of the Offshore Development increases, and it becomes important that we manage the project quality appropriately. One of the points to divide the success or failure of the project is "Bridge SE", but the examples "that a user company orders from a directly overseas IT vendor without using Bridge SE" begin to appear in these days (I call that "Direct Offshore Development" as follows). In this report, I mention a risk and measures of the Direct Offshore Development, and I report the case study that Tokio Marine & Nichido Systems tried the application by Direct Offshore Development in Vietnam.
