Abstract

Rapid progress of IT (Information Technology) has increased complication, diversification, and scale enlargement of information systems. The life cycle management of information system should make the most of methodologies of MPM (Modern Project Management). This paper discusses specifications for the information system life cycle management and its methodologies for the practice.
