Abstract
There are two types of autonomous decentralized project operations, which are positive type and negative type. This paper proposes to use two concepts with the each of the two autonomous decentralized projects for effective operations. The positive type of autonomous decentralized operation can be applied to the network organization of projects which suit for large scale business consulting project. This paper examined whether the field paradigm works effectively in this operation. At the same time, we found partial optimum is not against overall optimum. This paper studied the team efficacy of efficacy management is useful for the negative autonomous decentralized project operations. We found the information sharing by IT is important for the both types of autonomous decentralized project operations.
