The significance of Communication Management of Team-Operations in SI Projects(<Special Issue>Editorial Note for Special Issue on "Communication Management")

Abstract

Team management/operations have attracted attention in recent years, as one of the most important drivers which affect the success of projects. There are various issues in team management/operations from the viewpoints of the human resource planning and the motivation. The communication has the very significant role for solving these issues. In this paper, we would describe a practical method of more effective and more efficient communication in team management/operations based on the case study of our SI project.
