Abstract
Today it is an accepted view that the quality of a project is much influenced by the quality of communications in that project. The practices of projects proceed in human groups, from the first stage to the achievement of the goal. Therefore, it is crucial for project management whether or not we can make full use of communication skills. In this paper we will make a proposal about how to acquire and utilize communication skills.
