Abstract

This paper reports the activity of the study group on applying QFD to Project Planning with describing QFD. The QFD is a method to organize requirement logically mainly used for new product development in manufacturing industry. This study group study about applying QFD to Project Planning. The project planning process is the most effective process in project management's processes. To execute effective planning process depends mainly on planner and has a problem about variability. Hence, this study group discuss about the effectiveness of concept of QFD for that problem.
