Abstract
Characteristics of particles in submicron meter/nanometer range plays an important role in different industrial fields as material science as well as pharmaceutical and nutrition technology. In particular, the evaluation of colloidal stability is a great challenge for the measuring methods. In this paper, acoustic spectroscopy and pulse-NMR method are introduced as characterizing tools for evaluating stability. Some application results were also shown in the text to help to understand how to use these tools.
