Abstract
Quantitative laser diffraction method (qLD) is the extended technology of laser diffraction method to evaluate particle size distribution as a relationship between particle diameter and number concentration of particles dispersed in medium. qLD method can be applied to the concentration evaluations for various applications of particle size analysis for protein aggregates and fine bubbles.
In addition, qLD method can monitor the time changes of concentration such as aggregation process of protein.
