Abstract
The influence of the raw materials with the shape difference on the FA solidification materials were investigated to develop of civil engineering ECO materials. FA of the raw material has spherical shape, in other hand, unburned pulverized shell has elongated shape. And also the shell is a material of orientational structure having mechanical strength and toughness. Therefore, it was found that addition of pulverized shell into the FA solidification materials as one of ingredient had a good effect on increase of compressive strength. When the particle size of unburned pulverized shell became increasing more and more, the porosity of the solidification materials were higher because of shape difference between FA and shell. Thus it was found that choosing suitable particle size of pulverized shell to obtain minimum porosity is the most important to get hardest FA solidification materials.
